Dr. Darius Paduch, a disgraced Manhattan urologist, was convicted on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, for sexually assaulting patients, including five minor boys, under the guise of medical treatment. The verdict, delivered unanimously by a Manhattan Federal Court Jury, found Paduch guilty on all 11 counts related to his sexual abuse of five minors and 2 adults, as confirmed by the Manhattan US Attorney’s Office.
For over 20 years, the institutions of New York- Presbyterian, Weill-Cornell Medical Center and Northwell Health, have concealed Paduch's fraudulent medical conduct and aided him to exploit male patients under the guise of medical care.
